We ship with reputable national couriers. A tracking number is emailed the moment your parcel leaves our warehouse so you can follow it door to door.
Packaging
Every electric grid cleaner ships in its retail box inside a protective outer carton. Check the parcel on delivery and report any transit damage within 48 hours.
Delivery areas
We deliver to street addresses across South Africa. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. Business-hour deliveries only — please give an address where someone can sign.
Returns
