Allow the grid to cool, fit a suitable head to the Electric Grid Brush 2.0 and follow the manual and dual safety lock instructions. Guide the powered head along the bars, then wipe off loosened debris before cooking.
Remove loose debris and follow the grid manufacturer’s care guidance. Version 2.0 has a 304 stainless steel brush option; do not use metal heads on coatings unless permitted. Dry thoroughly and re-oil bare steel or cast iron after cleaning.
Most orders arrive within 10–20 business days nationwide. You’ll receive a tracking number the moment your Braai Baas leaves our warehouse.
Email us at support@braaibaas.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and whether you want a refund or exchange. Pack the product in its original packaging with all accessories and use a tracked courier to send it back.
Every Braai Baas order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Try your gear for 30 days from delivery. If it is not right for you, return it in resaleable condition and we refund you — no long forms or awkward questions.
We process refunds within 5 business days of receiving your return. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take another 2–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
You can return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. All accessories, manuals and free gifts must be included. Consumables and hygiene items can only be returned unopened.
Return shipping is for your account unless we sent the wrong product or the item is faulty. For faulty or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
Email us with photos of the fault or incorrect item. We will arrange collection or reimburse your return shipping, then send a replacement or process a full refund — your choice.
Check your grid manufacturer’s care instructions and use a suitable head. Avoid metal heads on chrome, enamel and non-stick coatings unless permitted. Keep the cleaner moving and never submerge the motor unit.
Version 2.0 ships with a USB-C charging cable. Follow the included user manual for charging; charge away from heat and water.
