Most orders arrive within 10–20 business days nationwide. You’ll receive a tracking number the moment your Braai Baas leaves our warehouse.

Email us at support@braaibaas.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and whether you want a refund or exchange. Pack the product in its original packaging with all accessories and use a tracked courier to send it back.

We process refunds within 5 business days of receiving your return. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take another 2–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

You can return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. All accessories, manuals and free gifts must be included. Consumables and hygiene items can only be returned unopened.

Return shipping is for your account unless we sent the wrong product or the item is faulty. For faulty or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

Absolutely. The spinning bristles are designed for metal and cast-iron grids. Keep the cleaner moving, avoid pressing hard on one spot, and don’t submerge the motor unit in water. The brush heads are replaceable when they wear out.

The cleaner ships with a USB-C charging cable. A full charge takes about 2–3 hours and gives enough runtime for several braai cleans. A green indicator tells you when it’s ready to roll.
